At Clarus, we’re a values-driven organization and one of those values is community. And the work we do with organizations that uplift people and make communities stronger is some of the most important work we do.
We believe our work in strategy and organizational development makes organizations stronger, and we believe strong organizations lead to stronger communities. And while we work to strengthen organizations and communities they serve all across the country, our hometown is Birmingham. We’re proud to be headquartered here and honored to work with leaders and organizations in our city and state who are also committed to making our hometown and surrounding communities better places to live for everyone who calls them home.
To support our commitment to communities, we work on projects that create long-lasting change in the community at the local, state, and national levels. Beyond our client engagements, we also value staff involvement in the community, offer paid time off annually for service, and encourage staff to assume leadership and service roles in philanthropic organizations.
