Today, we\u2019re sharing a program we designed to help leaders do just that \u2013 strengthen their organization by <strong>developing leaders who can build and manage highly effective teams<\/strong>. The program is called Clarus Leadership &amp; Team Development (CLTD), and we have delivered this highly impactful program in organizations of all sizes and across sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CLTD is delivered within the context of the organization\u2019s environment and priorities, and outcomes of the program include <strong>strengthened communication and conflict management skills, improved ability to utilize effective leadership tools, and team alignment around shared priorities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Interactive Discovery<\/strong>: CLTD helps leaders build a framework for approaching their work and collaborating across teams using self-assessments, interactive discussions, and planning and problem-solving activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participatory, Team-Based Learning<\/strong>: By encouraging active participation and critical thinking, CLTD engages participants in the development, application, and refinement of leadership skills and fosters idea-sharing among leaders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Context of the Organization<\/strong>: CLTD centers the specific goals and culture of an organization by involving actual organizational challenges and real-time problem-solving to completely integrate learned skillsets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CLTD Topics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exploring <strong>team culture<\/strong>, strengths, challenges, and opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding individual <strong>personality and leadership styles<\/strong> using the Enneagram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing a <strong>common language<\/strong> for leadership effectiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building and maintaining <strong>high-performing teams<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding strategies and barriers to <strong>effective communication<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening capacity for <strong>effective conflict management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing individual and team commitments for <strong>advancing a culture of leadership<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CLTD Structure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The CLTD structure includes <strong>participant pre-work<\/strong> including an interview and online Enneagram assessment. The workshops are typically <strong>three full-day sessions held two to three weeks apart<\/strong>.
