What projects are you currently working on that genuinely excite you and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Right now, I\u2019m collaborating with several organizations that are dedicated to meaningful community impact. There\u2019s something powerful about aligning my professional skills with work that truly makes the world a better place. It reminds me daily why I\u2019m passionate about how our efforts can spark a chain of positive effects that stretch far beyond any single project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What strengths do you bring to Clarus that are connected to your Enneagram type?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As a Type Three or \u201cThe Achiever,\u201d I\u2019m motivated by results and the tangible impact of collaborative efforts. I channel that energy into an optimistic, can-do mindset that helps us move work forward. At my best, I bring both ambition and genuine care for people, which allows me to balance progress with connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What’s something outside of work that brings you joy or keeps you grounded right now?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Hiking has become my essential reset button. When I’m out on the trail, it’s my time to think clearly, recharge, and remember that sometimes the best solutions come when you stop trying so hard to find them. Plus, there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of completing a challenging trail.
