What projects are you currently working on that genuinely excite you and why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Truly, every project excites me, but I especially love talking about collaboration. We\u2019re partnering with two state agencies to reimagine their partnership. After years of working together, they saw an opportunity to better leverage each agency\u2019s expertise and transform how they meet critical community needs. This summer, we\u2019ll pilot a new collaborative structure that allows diverse technical experts to jointly develop recommendations and enables key leaders of each agency to make data-informed, strategic decisions together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Clarus team?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m energized by the diverse perspectives and expertise we bring together, all rooted in a genuine care for our clients and their work. Plus, I can always count on our team to create a welcoming, supportive environment where curiosity and kindness thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What\u2019s something outside of work that brings you joy or keeps you grounded right now?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m an avid gardener\u2014talking plants is my happy place! I love finding the perfect spot for each plant, helping it thrive on its own, and creating harmony among my garden friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
