LaShundra is a certified healthcare manager who also has experience in business management and program development.  Among other duties at Clarus, LaShundra performs accounting and bookkeeping functions in support of the Business Manager, handles scheduling and logistics for meetings and events, and manages vendor relations.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Clarus, LaShundra spent most of her career in the healthcare field.  She served in coordinating, supervisory and management positions for a large hospital, including a year as the Manager of the admitting department.  In that position, LaShundra concentrated on aligning training and employee development with productivity and quality assurance goals, and trained, coached, and mentored new hires and existing employees on improving customer service skills.  In addition, she helped manage internal initiatives in areas such as quality improvement, employee satisfaction, work equity concerns, and discharge process improvement.
