"Building relationships is the key to achieving substantive results. I enjoy going in-depth with our clients, learning about their culture, industry, people, opportunities and challenges. The collaborative approach we use at Clarus not only yields amazing results for our clients, but serves us well internally. It’s both a relief and a source of exhilaration, knowing that I can tap into the varied expertise and experience of our principals and staff to make my own work better."
