An experienced researcher, Bevan possesses a unique ability to isolate and examine multiple factors that play a role in complicated organizational issues via a variety of data collection and research methods. She is focused intently on applying best practices to identify sustainable solutions for the most complex organizational challenges. A polished writer and public speaker, Bevan’s strong communication skills are an asset to all of her projects. She is often found working on multi-faceted change management, organizational development, planning, and communications projects.

Previous Experience
After completing her undergraduate studies at Yale College, Bevan spent two years immersed in multiple projects at Boston-based François-Xavier Bagnoud (FXB) Center for Health and Human Rights. As a project research assistant for the Cost of Inaction project, Bevan synthesized various research methods to accurately characterize the economic and social costs of failure to support HIV-affected children in Rwanda. During her time at Yale, Bevan lent her public speaking, event coordination, and strategy design skills to the College’s Admissions Office, where she served as a Recruitment Coordinator and Admissions presenter.
